The Cornerstone Project
exists to educate, advocate and eradicate sex trafficking by offering restorative alternative solutions.
About Cornerstone Project
We are nestled in the serene Rocky Mountains, offering a pathway of alternative solutions to those coming out of sex trafficking. The Cornerstone Project is a faith-based organization that is here to educate, work to eradicate trafficking and provide a residential long-term approach for those seeking a life outside of their sex trafficking. Our programs are tailored to allow individuals to reintegrate into society, heal and find restorative hope to walk powerfully into their futures.
Residency
Our objective is to provide a safe and secure environment through long-term housing, the provision of daily essential needs, and a consistent caring community.
There are less than 600 long-term beds available nationwide for child sex trafficking survivors’ long-term recovery from trauma.
The Cornerstone Project Proud to Partner with Colorado Gives Day
Colorado Gives Day is the biggest 24-hour giving movement in the state and one of the most successful giving days in the nation and we’re excited to be a a part of it for 2024. Colorado Gives Day began in 2010 and has raised more than $469 million. From November 1 through December 10, every donation you make will be boosted with a $1M+ Incentive Fund, made possible by Colorado Gives Foundation and FirstBank. Each nonprofit will receive a share of the fund based on their percentage of the total raised. Plus, if you set up a new monthly donation, Colorado Gives Foundation will match your first monthly donation up to $100 and up to $250,000 in total across all organizations!
Our Community
Our community is made up of our donors, volunteers, and the leadership of our Board of Directors. Our goal is to unite the community to provide different avenues for thrivers to excel, whether it is through cooking classes, education classes, holistic avenues of health, counseling, art, music, gardening, or whatever talent/enterprise a community member/business can provide. Maybe your connection looks like financial support, construction support for building homes or ranchettes or joining us through prayer. We know it will take a village, a community to serve one another. One step at a time, to make a change in this world. Please consider joining us as you are able.
